Court Robinson
President
Prior to enrolling at Tulane, Court worked in Richmond, VA as a Financial Advisor with Ameriprise Financial. Court has developed his passion for entrepreneurship through his active involvement with Geaux Plates, a New Orleans food truck, and Jill the Burger Dealer, a New Orleans restaurant slated to open in early 2012. Court is pursuing his MBA with a concentration in Strategic Managment and a specialization in Entrepreneurship.
Anthony Bodin
VP MatchNOLA
Anthony Bodin is a second-year MBA candidate at Tulane University focusing on finance and entrepreneurship. Anthony, a native of France, was born and raised in Wiesbaden, Germany before moving to the United States where he completed his B.A. in International Studies at American University. Anthony has considerable experience in the non-for-profit sector, most notably as a Research Analyst for the Woodrow Wilson Center in Washington, D.C. His international experience includes working in Nairobi, Kenya as a Researcher for the International Crisis Group’s Africa field office where he focused on the conflict in the Congo. Inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit he observed in Africa, Anthony is thrilled to work with entrepreneurs in New Orleans.
Lindsey Varney
VP of Marketing
Lindsey Varney is a Tulane MBA student concentrating in Marketing and Strategy with a specialization in Entrepreneurship. Prior to Tulane, Lindsey worked as an Analyst for both State Street Corporation and IDC. This summer, she interned with Ogilvy & Mather in New York in the CRM Strategic Consulting Group. Lindsey is interested in assisting entrepreneurs with their strategic marketing needs.
Doug Alexander
VP Interactive Media
Doug is an interactive marketing professional with over 6 years of experience in the field. He has experience managing the development of large-scale content websites, coordinating targeted email campaigns, and optimizing UX and search marketing efforts. He is very passionate about technology and brings valuable internet experience to the team. Some of Doug's specialties include interactive project management, marketing strategy development and execution, and search engine optimization. Doug is from New York City originally and has a B.A. from Tulane University. He is currently studying for his M.B.A. at Tulane.
Megan Peck
VP Tulane Business Plan Competition
Prior to Tulane, Megan worked as the senior copy editor for ROI Marketing, an e-commerce consulting firm in San Francisco, CA. She first discovered her passion for entrepreneurship while working for a start-up website in the Bay Area prior to her role at ROI Marketing. Since attending Tulane, Megan has developed her entrepreneurial skills by working with the local firm Clutter Busters through TEA’s MatchNOLA program. Megan is pursuing her MBA with a concentration in Strategic Management and a specialization in Entrepreneurship.
Aaron Burch
VP Event Management
Prior to enrolling at Tulane, Aaron worked with the start-up of Women’s Professional Soccer based in San Francisco where he was the League Operations Manager. He worked previously as a Senior District Executive with the Boy Scouts of America. He is pursuing an MBA in Finance and Energy and plans to pursue a career in emerging energy technologies upon graduation.
Jeff Rohr
VP Programs
Before coming to Tulane, Jeff worked for four years in Brooklyn, NY as a software developer for Insound, an online music retailer. Since moving to New Orleans he has gained exposure to the city's entrepreneurial community as a member of Tulane's team at New Orleans Entrepreneur Week as well as by working with Schedulist, a local tech startup. He has a bachelor's degree in computer science from New York University and at Tulane he is focusing his MBA in entrepreneurship and energy.
Kim Thompson
VP Social Entrepreneurship
Kim moved to New Orleans in 2006 to help the city recover from Hurricane Katrina and was introduced to the struggles of those affected by homelessness. In response, she launched the Crescent City Cafe, a non-profit organization that serves those who are homeless with dignity and connects young adults together in service and leadership. She is pursuing an MBA with a concentration in strategic management and holds a fellowship in social entrepreneurship at the Levy-Rosenblum Institute for Entrepreneurship.
